Technical Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Technical Maintenance Specialist ensures the technical condition and safe operation of LPP stores, providing day‑to‑day support and managing maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to stores and monitor their condition.
• Organise and coordinate repair works, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Respond promptly to urgent technical situations and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain cooperation with contractors, negotiate costs and assess effectiveness.
• Manage the FM platform, administering technical requests and tasks.
• Support technical handover of new stores and provide ongoing assistance.
• Plan and monitor budgets for preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire safety and local regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar position or comparable responsibilities.
• Technical knowledge in facility management, retail or real estate maintenance.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
