HVAC Engineer – Design Team

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our design team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high‑profile projects while expanding your professional expertise through close collaboration with our talented and dynamic design team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of HVAC scope during pre‑construction, including technical specifications, BOQ preparation, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Participate in value engineering to identify alternative solutions, evaluate them and recommend cost‑effective improvements.
• Support tender documentation preparation, respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
• Review and approve contractor submissions, submittals, shop drawings, and as‑built documents during construction.
• Coordinate with design team and consultants to resolve technical issues, conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering role, preferably in HVAC design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Good working proficiency in both Georgian and English.
