About the role

The team is looking for a responsible and motivated Mechanical Systems (MEP) Engineer to join the design department. You will be involved in the full design cycle of HVAC, plumbing and fire‑safety systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems, preparing complete project documentation for heating, cooling and ventilation.
• Design water supply and sanitation networks, producing hydraulic calculations.
• Design fire‑protection and smoke‑extraction systems.
• Perform calculations for heat loss/gain, air exchange, pressure drop and cost estimation.
• Ensure designs meet Georgian regulations (41st decree) and international codes such as NFPA and ASHRAE.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical assignments.

Required profile

• Higher technical or engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MEP design (HVAC, plumbing, fire‑life safety).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD / AutoCAD MEP (mandatory); experience with Revit (MEP) is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of local construction regulations and international standards (NFPA 13, 14, 90A, 92; ASHRAE).
