Medical Representative – Tbilisi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative to promote Sopharma’s pharmaceutical portfolio in Tbilisi and surrounding regions. The role involves building strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals while ensuring the company’s products are well represented in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, specialists and pharmacies according to the approved territory plan.
• Provide detailed product information and support to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report on promotional activities and product placement in pharmacies.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with doctors and pharmacists.
• Keep an up‑to‑date database of contacts within the assigned area.
• Participate in the organization and execution of promotional events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on Sopharma’s products.
• Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance with agreed conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, sales and marketing trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel within Georgia.
• Proficient in Georgian and Russian; intermediate English.
• Driver’s licence – category B.
