About the role

Registered Nurse providing patient‑centered, evidence‑based clinical care in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Deliver relationship‑based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal setting.
• Ensure safe, quality care through documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence‑based practice.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and professional development activities.
• Mentor peers and model professional nursing practice.
• Uphold organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Computer and data‑entry skills; experience with Epic and 3M preferred.
