Manager, Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead customer relationships and drive profitability for Georgian accounts. The role combines strategic account development with day‑to‑day support for the account management team, ensuring the delivery of Mastercard’s payment solutions and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mastercard members and related organisations in Georgia.
• Implement tactical plans that align with customer business strategies and meet sales targets for Mastercard products and services.
• Analyse market trends, portfolio behaviour, and pricing to build business cases and increase volume, share, and revenue.
• Provide back‑office support for the account management team, including logistics, reporting, and project coordination.
• Administer programmes, maintain spreadsheets or databases, and prepare reports using Mastercard On‑Line, MPA, b‑SMART, QMR and other tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to differentiate Mastercard from competitors and deliver exceptional customer value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail‑focused account management or customer relationship roles.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, with a collaborative team mindset.
• Analytical background capable of handling complex data and developing strategic recommendations.
• Readiness to take on new challenges and work in a dynamic, multinational environment.
