Sales Development Specialist – B2B Cyber Security (New Logo Hunter)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Specialist to drive new‑logo acquisition for our cyber‑security and penetration‑testing services. You will focus on mid‑market and enterprise accounts, building a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts in BPO, outsourcing and staff‑augmentation markets.
• Use LinkedIn, email, phone and other social platforms to generate and nurture leads.
• Execute outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads against the defined ICP and hand over sales‑ready opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client security challenges and book qualified meetings for Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date on outsourcing trends, delivery models and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Proven hunter background with a track record of winning new logos in B2B sales.
• Experience selling cyber‑security, penetration testing or complex technical services.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
• Strong consultative approach and ability to engage senior technical and business decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and results‑driven with high resilience.
• Experience in social selling and advanced use of LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
