Loyalty Specialist

About the role

The Loyalty Specialist will build and maintain long‑term relationships with donors, ensuring their continued engagement and support for SOS Children’s Village. This hybrid full‑time position focuses on donor retention, data management, and the execution of loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise the full cycle of donor relationship activities.
• Manage regular donor programmes aimed at retention, donation growth, re‑activation and data collection.
• Communicate with donors via phone, email, chat applications and SMS.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, validation and updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support for loyalty initiatives, including letter preparation and event planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports and analyse results.
• Contribute to achieving donor lifetime value and fundraising sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Higher education in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in individual fundraising, marketing, sales or customer relations.
• Experience in customer service (preferred) and proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with the vision, mission and values of SOS Children’s Village.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
