About the role

Join PwC Georgia's Legal Practice as a paid intern and support a team of experienced lawyers and consultants. This six‑month program offers hands‑on exposure to corporate law, commercial transactions, and litigation matters while fostering your professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Associates and Senior Associates with client matters, including drafting documents and conducting legal research.
• Support the preparation and review of corporate and commercial agreements.
• Contribute to litigation support tasks such as case file organization and evidence analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and client interactions under supervision.

Required profile

• Recent law school graduate or final‑year law student.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a team.
