Senior M&A and Corporate Transaction Lawyer

About the role

GR8_TECH is seeking a senior lawyer to lead cross‑border M&A and corporate transactions for its iGaming platform. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal entity lifecycles, and support market‑entry strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross‑border M&A and corporate transactions, focusing on technology and gambling businesses.
• Conduct legal due diligence and structure transactions, considering corporate, regulatory, tax and financial aspects.
• Coordinate merger clearance, regulatory and fiscal approvals with relevant authorities.
• Provide legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring to post‑closing activities.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory risks for gambling market entry and corporate restructurings.
• Manage the full legal lifecycle of group entities, including incorporations, annual compliance, reorganisations and closures.
• Maintain governance registers, KYC files, group structures and signature authorities.

Required profile

• Legally qualified in a civil or common law jurisdiction with 4+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A or legal entity management.
• Strong experience in cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, company law and international structuring.
• Practical experience with gambling law and regulatory matters in regulated markets.
• Excellent English drafting, communication and negotiation skills.
