Licensing and Product Compliance Senior Specialist

About the role

The role ensures that GR8_TECH’s gambling products, operations and market entries meet regulatory requirements from day one. You will own licensing and product compliance across multiple markets, collaborating with Legal, Product, Platform and Tech teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining B2B and B2C gambling licences across relevant markets.
• Manage regulatory submissions, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical actions for the business.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear technical requirement packs for Product, Platform and Tech teams.
• Partner with development teams to ensure software solutions, workflows and reporting meet applicable laws.
• Support new market launches by assessing regulatory requirements and defining compliance scope.
• Lead platform and product certification processes (GLI, PCI DSS, RTP, RNG, etc.).
• Own responsible gambling strategies and procedures, continuously improving compliance processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory or legal roles within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Strong understanding of gambling regulations, licensing requirements and responsible gambling principles.
• Hands‑on experience with licence applications, regulatory submissions and licence administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian or Russian.
• Master’s degree in Law.

Required skills

• Experience with GLI, PCI DSS, RTP and RNG certifications.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical requirement packs.
• Project management skills to drive compliance initiatives from requirements through implementation.
