About the role

We are seeking a Legal AI Trainer to work remotely on a contract basis. The role involves applying your US legal expertise to train and refine AI models, ensuring the technology delivers accurate, high‑quality legal content.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics, providing nuanced insights.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to support project objectives and maintain up‑to‑date information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices, delivering structured feedback.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top‑tier US law firm, exposing you to varied practice areas.
• Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in legal content review.
• Demonstrated success in remote collaboration and multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with quality‑assurance or rubric‑based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
