Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will support and coordinate learning initiatives across Flutter CEE, ensuring employees have access to engaging and relevant training opportunities. You will manage end‑to‑end L&D processes, from training requests to data reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee training requests in partnership with procurement and external training providers.
• Manage and continuously improve the English learning platform for all Flutter CEE employees.
• Maintain accurate learning and training data and produce regular monthly reports.
• Administer the e‑learning system, planning, coordinating and reporting on mandatory training programs.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to develop engaging e‑learning courses.
• Implement and support the skills‑management platform to drive adoption.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training activities.
• Review and improve L&D processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support additional L&D projects as required by the Head of Learning and Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with technology, data and emerging AI tools.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
