Senior Executive Human Resources – HR Leader

About the role

Politech-Plus is seeking a Senior Executive Human Resources to lead HR operations at its Tbilisi site. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate strategy and Georgian labor regulations.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct HR‑related training sessions.
• Advise managers on people‑management best practices and support organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive workplace culture projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within manufacturing, industrial or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Georgian and Russian, with a good command of English.

Required skills

• HR information systems (HRIS) proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
