About the role

Tera Leasing, a fast‑growing leasing company founded in 2023, is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to lead its B2B leasing activities. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing long‑term partnerships, and driving the full sales cycle for leasing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new B2B clients for leasing products.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Conduct negotiations, present leasing offers, prepare customized proposals and close sales.
• Analyse client needs, organise the leasing financing process and coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Manage the client portfolio, including after‑sales support and ongoing service.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and supplier partners to expand the sales network.
• Monitor and resolve day‑to‑day issues related to clients and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Up to 3 years of experience in finance or corporate sales management.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in Georgian; English knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a professional level.
