About the role

The clinic manager will lead the outpatient clinic in Kutaisi, overseeing all business processes, ensuring high‑quality medical services, and driving revenue growth in line with the budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve clinic business processes.
• Attract and retain outpatient revenue according to the allocated budget.
• Develop the clinic, enhance existing services and launch new projects.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain medical quality standards.
• Execute the planned budget and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Research needs for new services or projects, prepare business cases and initiate them with senior management.
• Maintain high service quality through ongoing monitoring and improvement.
• Control the production of medical documentation and internal/external reporting.
• Guarantee complete and accurate medical documentation to avoid corrections.
• Periodically assess staff performance, analyse results and enforce quality control.
• Prepare required reports and deliver them to the head office.

Required profile

• Higher education in business administration or healthcare management.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the medical sector is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong knowledge of office software, especially MS Excel.
