Junior Workplace & People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Workplace and People Operations Specialist to support our fast‑growing mobility platform. You will help create an environment where employees can thrive while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for entry‑level positions: collaborate with hiring managers, post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, conduct first‑round interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Manage workplace operations, including hybrid‑work coordination and office logistics.
• Work with people metrics and operational data to identify trends, improve processes and support data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious and analytical with a hands‑on approach to HR and workplace management.
• Organised, proactive and enjoys turning ideas into action.
