Talent Sourcer (Remote)

About the role

We are an American recruiting company with over 30 years of success in the US market. We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to work remotely, focusing on candidate identification and research.

Key responsibilities

• Read and understand job openings provided by clients and research unfamiliar skills and technologies.
• Identify qualified candidates from the provided resume database.
• Cooperate with the recruiting team to select the best‑qualified candidates for client openings.
• Work with performance metrics focused on volume and quality of submitted profiles.

Required profile

• Strong online research skills and comfort with productivity targets and KPIs.
• Self‑discipline and ability to work independently.
• Personal laptop or PC and availability Monday‑Friday from 5 pm to 2 am Tbilisi time.
• Upper‑intermediate spoken and written English.
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
