Junior SEO Specialist

About the role

Helfy is seeking a Junior SEO Specialist to boost the organic visibility of its health and wellness digital projects. You will work within an international team, focusing on keyword strategy, technical optimisation, and content expansion to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Improve SEO performance through targeted keyword research, technical optimisation, and content growth initiatives.
• Optimise internal linking structures to enhance site navigation and crawlability.
• Set up and maintain GA4 tracking and Google Tag Manager configurations, monitoring conversions and heat‑map data.
• Research and acquire high‑value backlink opportunities.
• Develop and manage content clusters and dedicated sections.
• Support the creation of satellite websites (up to two per year, depending on development resources).
• Collaborate with the studio team for large‑scale image production when required.

Required profile

• Conversational English and German proficiency (B2‑C1 level).
• Strong knowledge of on‑page and off‑page SEO.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
