Junior Project Manager

About the role

Constructiva Engineering Group is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the coordination and delivery of construction projects in Georgia. You will work closely with senior Project Managers, Engineers, Suppliers, and clients, gaining exposure to both project management and commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from design to installation.
• Attend project meetings and site visits, monitoring progress and reporting status.
• Support the preparation of quotations, technical documentation, and project proposals.
• Collaborate with the Sales team during tendering and pre‑construction phases.
• Help identify and resolve project‑related challenges.

Required profile

• Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.
