Junior Golang Developer – L3 Team

About the role

You will help keep our platform stable and fast by investigating production issues during business hours, shipping focused fixes and automations, and improving monitoring and runbooks. You will work across Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and Temporal while receiving mentorship from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and reproducing production incidents using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Implementing small, well‑scoped fixes and automations in Go and updating tests.
• Improving observability: alerts, dashboards, and post‑mortems.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date documentation such as how‑tos and incident notes.
• Participating in code reviews and adhering to engineering standards.

Required profile

• Basic Go knowledge (functions, modules, error handling; concurrency a plus).
• Solid SQL fundamentals and ability to read/write PostgreSQL queries.
• Understanding of distributed‑system basics (queues/streams, caching).
• Comfort with Git and writing clear technical notes in English.
• Curious, systematic debugger who asks good questions and follows through.
