Senior Corporate IT & Applications Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate IT & Applications Engineer to join the Betsson Georgia brand. The role combines hands‑on technical work with a service‑oriented mindset, supporting internal teams and external vendors to keep applications and services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Administer internal and vendor applications – manage user accounts, roles, permissions, configurations, troubleshooting and testing.
• Handle user access requests, periodic reviews, RBAC and maintain related documentation.
• Administer Jira and Confluence – projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation, spaces and templates.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Entra ID – users, groups, mailboxes, licenses, MFA, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Support employee onboarding, internal transfers and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support and technical guidance to colleagues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to investigate, escalate and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in IT support, system or application administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Practical Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Experience with access management and RBAC.
• Fluent Georgian and working‑level English.
• Service‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
