About the role

Majestic is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Jewelry Sales Associate for its boutique in Tbilisi. You will guide clients through meaningful purchases such as engagement rings, bridal sets, and custom pieces, delivering a highly personal and detail‑driven experience from the first conversation to the final sale.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their needs and building trust.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the showroom and ensure displays are attractive.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry solutions.
• Develop lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience enhancing the customer experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for luxury jewelry and an eye for design.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Background in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
