Account Executive – QuickBooks Specialist (2‑Week Contract)

About the role

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Account Executive with deep QuickBooks expertise to help stress‑test frontier AI systems. Over a two‑week, full‑time engagement you will design realistic sales scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and create grading rubrics that shape the future of AI‑driven sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑difficulty sales prompts that mimic real‑world situations faced by sales managers, customers, or business owners.
• Develop complex tasks such as tiered pricing quotes, commission calculations, and conversion of QuickBooks sales exports into pipeline and forecast reports.
• Run prompts against cutting‑edge AI models and perform manager‑level reviews to spot logical, mathematical, or tone errors.
• Author objective scoring rubrics for each task, ensuring consistent pass/fail evaluation by other reviewers.
• Produce working deliverables (spreadsheets, proposals, email sequences) that serve as “Gold Standard” examples for the AI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations with a proven record of meeting targets.
• 3–4+ years of hands‑on QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) experience for estimates, invoicing, customer records, and sales reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written English skills.
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week for a high‑intensity two‑week engagement.
• Analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex sales workflows into objective, checkable steps.
