About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our team that provides legal services in Georgia, focusing on migration, corporate, and real‑estate matters. The role involves assisting clients with residence permits, company registration, and property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with residence permits, permanent residency, citizenship, work permits and family reunification.
• Register sole proprietorships and companies, and manage corporate changes.
• Draft, review and verify contracts and other legal documents.
• Liaise with government authorities on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal due‑diligence on real‑estate purchases, including verification of ownership, encumbrances and risks.
• Support purchase‑sale transactions and registration of property rights.

Required profile

• Higher legal education obtained in Georgia.
• Fluent in Georgian and Russian.
• Proven experience in legal practice and client consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian legislation.
• Attention to detail, independence and ability to handle multiple tasks.
