Housekeeper – Botanic Apartments

About the role

The Housekeeper ensures that common areas, amenities, and vacant units at Botanic Apartments are clean, sanitized, and move‑in ready. Working closely with the Maintenance and Leasing teams, the role supports a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deep clean vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared spaces.
• Assist with curb‑appeal tasks, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas.
• Track and replenish cleaning‑supply inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to uphold overall property cleanliness.
• Perform duties independently while adhering to company standards and resident‑satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Physical ability to lift/carry over 75 lb regularly.
