About the role

The Logistics Department of TBC Bank is seeking a Real Estate Management Manager to lead property acquisition, leasing, and portfolio oversight. The role combines market analysis, contract administration, and strategic negotiations to optimise the bank's real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable real‑estate opportunities and maintain an up‑to‑date property database.
• Organise and formalise lease agreements and contract amendments according to internal guidelines.
• Conduct systematic negotiations with tenants, lessees and owners to improve banking terms.
• Oversee real‑estate acquisitions and continuously monitor lease terms and conditions.
• Track market trends and provide insights on emerging opportunities.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with real‑estate agencies and agents.
• Research and implement international best practices for effective property management.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on ongoing and planned projects.
• Record and store all documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory changes.
• Monitor cost‑reduction initiatives and track transferred funds related to leases.
• Prepare monthly reports on key issues and performance metrics.
• Enter and manage real‑estate contracts within the ERP system.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the department manager.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in law.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
• Strong knowledge of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in managerial, legal or similar roles is desirable.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
