Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial

About the role

Meridian – a professional real‑estate agency in Tbilisi – is looking for a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team. You will work directly with buyers, sellers and renters, guiding them through residential and commercial transactions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, list and market residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Prepare, review and manage real‑estate documentation, coordinating with legal and financial partners.
• Analyse market trends, produce comparative market analyses and advise on pricing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Tbilisi real‑estate laws and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate licence and solid understanding of property concepts.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client trust.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Tbilisi market and its legal framework.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate listing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Comfort using basic digital tools for documentation and analysis.
