Healthcare Customer Support (Remote)

About the role

As a Healthcare Customer Support Agent you will assist patients, healthcare providers and insurance companies with payment‑related questions, resolve issues and ensure smooth communication between all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with patients, providers and insurers to clarify and resolve payment issues.
• Provide accurate information and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to payment processes.
• Deliver high‑quality support and problem resolution.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency (B2+ level) with clear, professional communication.
• Experience in customer support, healthcare or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking ability to handle several conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can find solutions quickly.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
