Head of Human Resources

About the role

Glocal Solutions Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HR initiatives for the firm and its financial‑sector clients in Georgia. The role reports to senior executives and will shape strategy, governance and operational delivery across a range of HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies that support business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead HR projects for financial institutions, including organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Advise senior management on structure, staffing, HR governance and people‑related decisions.
• Oversee recruitment, headhunting, onboarding and talent acquisition processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and internal standards in line with Georgian labour law.
• Create and manage performance evaluation systems, KPIs, competency frameworks and employee development plans.
• Support compensation design, salary grading, benefits, incentives and remuneration policies.
• Drive employee relations, engagement, conflict resolution and cultural initiatives.
• Establish HR metrics, dashboards and reporting tools; improve, digitalise and automate HR processes.
• Manage the HR team and coordinate external consultants or project teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Psychology or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Significant experience in strategic and operational HR management, preferably in a senior leadership role such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian labour and employment legislation.
• Proven track record developing HR policies, organizational structures, job descriptions and HR systems.
• Experience working with financial‑sector clients and handling confidential, compliance‑sensitive information.
