German-Speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for German‑speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join a leading international customer experience provider on a telecommunications project in Tbilisi. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers in German, and promoting additional products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer German‑language customer calls and provide prompt, professional assistance.
• Manage open cases independently and keep customers updated on progress.
• Identify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and upsell relevant telecom products.
• Support continuous improvement of service and support processes.
• Achieve defined service quality and sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with motivation to earn performance‑based commissions.
• Currently residing in Georgia.
