About the role
We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia as a Customer Service Operator. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their questions and ensuring an excellent customer experience. If you enjoy helping others and want to develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment, we would love to hear from you.
Required profile
- Experience in the service field (advantage)
- Ability to work non‑standard 12‑hour shifts (2 days on / 2 days off)
- Fluent in Georgian
- Good working knowledge of English and Russian
- Willingness to work on‑site at our Tbilisi office
