Georgian-Speaking Client Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, self‑motivated professional to join our Client Relations team, supporting Georgian‑speaking customers. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Georgia while delivering high‑quality service and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Georgian‑speaking clients.
• Handle client inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of service.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take appropriate actions.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and terms launched by Trading Point and communicate them to clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company procedures.
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Client Relations team and other departments to achieve business development targets.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience handling clients in the financial services sector is a plus.
• Fluent in Georgian with excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven, and strong communication skills.
• Target‑oriented, dynamic, and innovative mindset.
