About the role

The Bank of Georgia is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join the expense efficiency management and project financial analysis team. The role focuses on analysing strategic initiatives, investment projects and operational changes to support the bank's continuous development strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of initiatives, investment projects and operational efficiency changes, preparing recommendations for middle and senior management.
• Monitor and periodically assess approved or implemented projects, presenting results and advice.
• Analyse operational and financial trends, processes and procedures to optimise expenses and revenues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during project analysis and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA or ACCA are a plus.
• 2‑3 years of experience in financial analysis or financial management.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and English proficiency at B2 level.
