Financial Manager (Treasury & Settlement)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Manager with a focus on Treasury and Settlement to join our international Payment Service Provider. The position is fully remote and will play a critical role in managing liquidity, funding, and payment operations across a network of banks, PSPs, EMIs and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity across bank accounts, PSPs, EMIs and other payment providers.
• Monitor balances and forecast funding needs to ensure uninterrupted payment operations.
• Oversee payout funding and guarantee sufficient liquidity for all relevant accounts.
• Initiate, control and reconcile fund transfers between banks, PSPs and other partners.
• Handle FX operations, including currency conversions, exchange rates and multi‑currency fund management.
• Execute and supervise daily payment and settlement processes.
• Monitor payment flows and proactively identify liquidity or funding issues.
• Coordinate operational matters with banks, PSPs, EMIs and other financial institutions.
• Support the development and optimisation of treasury and settlement procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely, correct transaction execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Treasury, Settlements or Payment Operations, preferably in FinTech, payments, iGaming, crypto or other high‑risk sectors.
• Strong background in liquidity management, payout funding and fund movements.
• Proven ability to manage transfers across banks, PSPs, EMIs and payment providers.
• Practical knowledge of FX operations, multi‑currency payments and settlement flows.
• Experience working with multiple international banking and payment partners.
• Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently within a remote team and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
