About the role

Arkas Georgia is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join its growing finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s financial success in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records and accounting documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with tax filings, audits, regulatory compliance, and related activities.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management information for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or systems.
