About the role

The Digital Services Officer will join the Bank of Georgia’s retail branch network management department in Bolnisi. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates starting their career who are eager to learn banking processes, assist customers through remote channels and develop a professional path within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the Bank of Georgia’s products and operational procedures.
• Welcome, assist and provide consultations to customers visiting the service centre, using remote communication channels.
• Present bank products, guide customers through activation and usage via digital channels.
• Manage customer queues and ensure proper redirection of inquiries.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or individual beginning a professional career.
• Strong communication skills and an active, personable attitude.
• Interest in meeting new people and helping them with banking services.
• Motivation to explore the banking sector and grow within the Bank of Georgia.
