Financial Analyst – Fund Administration & Operations

About the role

The Financial Analyst will ensure accurate and timely administration of funds managed by TBC Asset Management, handling NAV calculation, fund operations, and reporting while collaborating with finance, investment, risk, compliance, legal, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and approve the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) regularly, revalue portfolio holdings, and validate pricing inputs.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, securities and other balance‑sheet items, monitor liquidity, and process investment transactions, subscriptions and redemptions.
• Maintain comprehensive NAV calculation files, supporting documentation and control checklists.
• Coordinate corporate actions, record errors, support root‑cause analysis and audit processes, and contribute to automation of NAV and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least two years of experience in fund administration, banking, accounting, audit or asset management.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CFA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculation, financial accounting, and investment instruments (loans, bonds, deposits, money‑market instruments).
