Analyst – Debt Capital Markets

About the role

The Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team supports the origination, structuring and execution of bond financing transactions. You will work closely with issuers, investors and regulators throughout the issuance process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis, build financial models and perform company valuations for bond issuances.
• Draft prospectus sections, coordinate with issuers and the National Bank of Georgia, and prepare supporting documentation with the Legal Department.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials and marketing documents for institutional investors.
• Assist issuers during credit rating processes and, for thematic bonds, help develop frameworks and obtain second‑party opinions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate or investment banking, audit or finance within an industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit analysis, capital‑markets regulations and bond issuance procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• PowerPoint for presentation development.
• Word for drafting prospectus and documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English.
