About the role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Pharmbills you will manage invoicing, track payments and resolve billing discrepancies for leading U.S. healthcare companies, ensuring financial records are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review invoices for healthcare services, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
• Track and resolve billing discrepancies while cooperating closely with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain organized financial records, including payments and client communications.
• Follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and healthcare providers to improve billing processes.
• Generate financial reports for internal use and client review.

Required profile

• Detail‑focused mindset with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level), both written and verbal.
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with billing or accounting software.
