Investment Team Internship (10 months)

About the role

As part of the Regional Investment Team covering more than 20 countries, you will support Investment Officers in origination, structuring and analysis functions. You will assist with relationships with financial institutions, develop investment proposals, monitor investees post‑investment and contribute to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Investment Officers in communication with financial institutions, BlueOrchard offices worldwide and third parties.
• Support monitoring and analysis of financial institutions and independently perform investment‑related tasks.
• Conduct desk research on country risk, regulatory and competitive environments of local investees and potential new markets.
• Support the investment team in portfolio analysis and investor reporting.

• Proactive, result‑driven and flexible with a hands‑on approach, willing to perform administrative tasks.
• Excellent collaboration skills and commitment to the mission.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• Experience in financial modelling (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills.
• VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; Russian language is desirable.
