Field Training Specialist – New Store Openings

About the role

We are looking for a Field Training Specialist to lead training initiatives for new store openings, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across our restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee training programs for new store employees in classroom, hands‑on, and on‑the‑job settings.
• Coordinate with franchisees, management teams, and vendors to meet training schedules and opening timelines.
• Document training outcomes, produce detailed opening summaries, and analyze performance metrics.
• Provide on‑site coaching to store managers and staff to improve knowledge and performance.
• Conduct field visits to existing restaurants for post‑opening assessments and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Openings and Training Manager on cross‑departmental projects.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt training methods to different audiences.
• Experience in restaurant operations or training is preferred.
