Housekeeper – Facility Cleaning & Upkeep

About the role

The Housekeeper ensures that the facility remains clean, tidy, and safe for employees and visitors. This individual works across restrooms, common areas such as kitchens, breakrooms, conference rooms, and office spaces, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas, including vacuuming, dusting, wiping trim, and emptying wastebaskets.
• Maintain appropriate cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Assist other departments, such as the kitchen, when additional help is needed.
• Identify opportunities for cleaning process improvements, develop proposals, and participate in implementation.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with staff and external customers.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Customer‑centric attitude, high energy level, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to work non‑standard shifts, including holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business needs dictate.
• Physical capability to move around the facility, stoop, bend, and grasp objects safely.
• Commitment to follow departmental and company safety policies.
