About the role
This Engineering Intern position offers a rotational experience across product development, software development, and advanced engineering projects. You will work closely with a mentor, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to real‑world initiatives that drive the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with your mentor to achieve defined goals that support business objectives and provide learning opportunities.
- Complete technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, and Software Development.
- Participate in development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Engage in networking, community volunteer projects, and optional social events like lunches, sports, and cookouts.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with graduation May 2028 or later.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country/region; no visa sponsorship provided.
What we offer
- Flexible working hours.
- Compensation ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour.
