Engineering Co‑op Internship – Rotational Engineering Role

About the role

This Engineering Co‑op offers a rotational experience across product development, software development, and engineering projects. You will work alongside senior engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to real‑world initiatives that drive company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Complete innovative technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, and Software Development.
• Collaborate with a mentor to set goals, deliverables, and expectations throughout each rotation.
• Participate in development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
• Engage in networking, community volunteer projects, and optional social events.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Graduation date of May 2028 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 or higher.
• Legal authorization to work in the hiring country/region (no visa sponsorship).
