Engineering Intern

About the role

The Engineering Intern role is a rotational position that combines product development and software development projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to real‑world engineering challenges while learning through hands‑on assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a mentor to achieve defined goals that support business objectives and provide learning opportunities.
• Complete technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, and Software Development.
• Participate in development and training sessions to expand technical knowledge.
• Engage in networking events, community volunteer projects, and optional social activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with graduation date May 2028 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal authorization to work in the hiring country; no visa sponsorship available.
