About the role

LATICRETE International is seeking a seasoned legal professional to serve as the sole in‑house legal advisor for the company and its global affiliates. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director, Legal will guide corporate, regulatory, and operational matters while supporting the company’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all legal affairs of LATICRETE International and its subsidiaries.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate cross‑border legal matters.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to senior leadership on risk, compliance, and governance.
• Develop and maintain corporate legal frameworks that balance risk management with business agility.
• Collaborate with U.S. and international teams, respecting diverse legal systems and cultural nuances.
• Travel globally as needed to support legal initiatives and business operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial mindset within a family‑owned, professionally governed organization.
• Strong commercial acumen and sound judgment in complex, multinational environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse cultures.

• Experience managing in‑house legal functions for a global enterprise.
• Proficiency in overseeing external counsel and cross‑border legal issues.
• Ability to translate legal risk into practical business solutions.
