Digital Marketer

About the role

Cityzen, a premium residential brand, is looking for a Digital Marketer to lead its digital communication strategy. The role combines creativity with data‑driven optimisation across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
• Manage paid advertising on Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance (leads, traffic, CPL, conversions).
• Coordinate digital content for the website, social media and landing pages.
• Maintain consistency of brand tone, visual identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with creative teams, external agencies and the sales department.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real‑estate, premium or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of paid‑media and analytics tools.
• Proven experience working with creative agencies and sales teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Zoho (a plus).
• Brand‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Awareness of international market trends.
