Senior SEO Specialist – Russian Speaking

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, execution‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to scale organic growth across traditional search and AI‑driven search (AEO). You’ll own high‑impact SEO initiatives across the full cycle – from research and planning to execution and performance analysis – working closely with content, marketing, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• On‑page optimization, content updates, internal linking, and initiatives that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Develop SEO briefs based on search intent, semantic depth, internal linking, and CTA logic; collaborate with copywriters and analyse performance.
• Identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, build partnerships, and improve link‑building processes.
• Analyze international performance, identify localisation opportunities, and support international SEO strategies.
• Improve visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI‑driven platforms; monitor AEO metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Use AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, outreach and automate repetitive workflows.
• Monitor site health, indexing, crawling and technical issues in collaboration with developers and product teams.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions and AEO performance, turning data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proven success with US‑market SEO, supported by measurable case studies.
• Experience with AEO/AI search optimisation and AI‑driven platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for SEO and marketing workflows, research, analysis, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation and deadline‑management skills.
• English B2+ with confident written and verbal communication.
