Affiliate Manager – Crypto (Batumi, Georgia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead our crypto‑focused affiliate network. The role involves building and maintaining profitable relationships with webmasters and partners while driving growth in the crypto vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with webmasters and affiliates.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and resolve partner issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimise the existing partner database.
• Manage inbound traffic and onboard newly registered webmasters.
• Develop new affiliate partnerships and business opportunities.
• Network at online and offline industry events.
• Present and promote the company’s USP to potential partners.
• Analyse webmaster traffic sources and audience profiles to select optimal offers.
• Set up and monitor postback tracking and performance metrics.
• Maintain regular reporting and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Affiliate Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of the crypto vertical and CPA network dynamics.
• Good knowledge of crypto traffic sources and monetisation methods.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret statistical data.
• Understanding of affiliate market, target audiences, customer personas and competitors.
• Knowledge of tracking systems and postback technology.
• Proactive, commercially minded and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable networking at international industry events.
